Karen walks through the entire process with you, in our case purchasing a home. She was present for every step, finding a home, and taking weekly videos of our home as it was being built, which was really a huge relief since we were living out of state. If she saw anything questionable she would tell us and then speak to the builder if we were concerned. She was there with us through our two walk-throughs prior to closing and she was there for that as well. With us not being from Ponte Vedra we had a lot of questions for Karen and the 99.9% of the time had an answer for us, if she didn’t she would say so but that she would get one for us. And Karen continues to check in with us as we transition to living in Florida. We are so blessed to have had Karen as our realtor, we can’t even imagine how going through this process of buying a home 800 miles away would have been like without her. "

She never backed down when I was feeling hopeless that I would not find a house on time due to the unfortunate circumstances of the little time I had left in the house I was renting that I had to move out of. She kept me feeling positive and reminded me that things happen for a reason if I did not get a house I put offers in. She was a very caring and passionate person when it came to working with me.
